- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must include all accessories, manuals, and original tags.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (software, gift cards, e-vouchers)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper use or accidents
- Opened personal care or hygiene-related electronics (e.g., earphones, grooming products)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
